Adult leaders were designated by RAFI to lead and guide youth delegates throughout the program. They shall act as RAFI brand ambassadors, promoting the Foundation and its programs and initiatives to possible partners in the countries of destination; serve as delegation heads and point persons of the group before, during, and after the trip; facilitate planning and decision-making process on matters and concerns related to the program, and make immediate decisions on urgent matters; look after the safety of participants, and ensure that protocols and guidelines of RAFI and partners, whether program-specific or in general, are strictly followed; facilitate assessment before, during, and after the trip.
